What we did
A file check that caught a file set up in screen color mode, conversion and black adjustments, a color proof printed on the final stock, a press run with sheets checked against the signed proof and sewn binding.

Packaging redesigned after testing the mockup

What we did
A dieline built to the product's real dimensions, a mockup in the final board that the client filled and stacked, a fix to the closing tab that gave way under the weight, and only then the color proof and press run.

Planning backward from the event date with the approval deadline marked, name badges printed with variable data from the registration list, banners and venue signage, and the full delivery the day before setup.
